RB five-face high-speed multi-center series that fulfills high productivity has undergone a complete make over to become your best partner.

  • Full-stroke under NC control in W axis (crossrail) makes possible for machining workpiece with steps and challenging shapes.
  • High-precision machining that takes advantage of the features of the round column.
  • Round quill for easy operation.
  • Spindle type can be selected from “Standard type”, “High-speed type”, “High-power type”and “High-torque type” (as spindle lineup) for various machining conditions.
  • New five-face machining software that “facilitates five-face/multi-face machining “is provided. The software has some functions such as: automated coordinate conversion, fully automated sorting for Z-W axis, a wealth of interactive machining pattern software.

Full-stroke under NC control makes possible for machining workpiece with steps and challenging shapes.
It is possible to utilize the machine size to its fullest by increasing the distance between the columns and thus increasing the Y-axis stroke.
90°Universal Attachment 90°Universal Attachment
Mounting the newly developed 90°Universal Attachment makes possible for machining voluntary inclined surface (in 1゜increments, both vertically and horizontally) in addition to five-face machining.
Automatic Attachment Change and tool change is possible.

Automatic tool changer (ATC) with 40-tool storage capacity is provided as standard.
It can be used in both vertical spindle and angular attachment and doesn’t bother tool management.
ATC with 60 and 80-tool storage capacity is optionally available for high automatic operations.
Ecology Ecology
The RB high-speed multi-center is equipped with many ecological functions such as W axis gas balancer and inverter control of hydraulic unit in the machine.
