Aluminum slab milling machine MS24
The machine tool cuts the surface of aluminum highly-precise and efficient before milling from slab. It was changed from belt drive to spindle directly-connected drive, and eliminated gear box that leaded to upgrade design. It is possible to machine 8-faces of aluminum slab automatically in one setup. Firstly, upper surface and both shoulder surfaces are machined. After machining 4-faces in total at one side surface simultaneously, the slab is automatically moved and inverted, and backed again, then the rest 4-faces are machined.

Table traverse bridged-type machine tool has crossrail with bridged-type four columns structure that enables to highly-precise machining in extremely large machine tool is controlled by CNC. In the structure of this machine, four round columns support crossrail in order to highly accurize Y-axis. This structure uses four independent W-axis drive systems and modifies crook of crossrail that is equipped with spindle, and inclination, therefore, machining precision improves.
