CAMOS・Ⅱ-MP/SP (FMS for medium/small-size parts)

SNK established a DNC (direct numerical control) management system in 1972 and applied the system to our in-house equipment as CAMOS-CUP (FMS system combining machine tools with transfer lines) in 1974.

Currently, CAMOSⅡ-MP (FMS for machining medium-size parts) which has four high-speed profile milling machines (DC-3ASM) and CAMOSⅡ-SP (FMS for machining small-size parts) which has two 5-axis machining centers (CMV-80) and two horizontal machining centers are under operation and contributing to SNK’s productivity improvement.
