A gantry type 5-face machining center designed to easily cut through iron.

Designed for heavy-duty machining of iron, SNK ensures the rigidity of GMB by employing our original centrifugal cast steel pipe for the lengthy ram. The working plate is divided into two zones: front zone (Zone A) , and back zone (Zone B). In order to increase productivity and efficiency, when the machine is busy machining in Zone B, setup work in Zone A can be done at the same time.

2The AAC is set at the center of the working table, making it easy to reach from either zone. Hence, minimizing the exchange time.

3Gantry following type ATC. This ATC device moves along with the main body, which means that ATC is possible at any position through the X axis, minimizing exchange time drastically.
