1Faster feedrate of each axis
The X and Y-axis sliding system has been changed to a linear guide for higher speed, and twin ball screw drive has been adopted for the Z and W-axis for greatly improved dynamic accuracy and responsiveness.
25-axis attachment capable of powerful cutting (optional)
The machine has evolved so that it can also be used as a 5-axis machine by attaching a continuous 5-axis control attachment to accommodate complex machining that is difficult to achieve with conventional 5-face machines. Both B-axis and C-axis have gear-driven and high-torque swivel axes for powerful cutting.
3Significant reduction in hydraulic oil volume and power consumption
The use of a linear guide for the X and Y- axis sliding system has greatly reduced the amount of hydrostatic oil. Along with the drastic reduction of hydraulic oil volume, peripheral devices such as pumps have been downsized, resulting in reduced power consumption.
4Super large models are also available upon request. (The table size can be brought up to 6x29m)
