The long-selling RB series has been further evolved into the RB-MⅢ series. User-friendly functions have been upgraded for further usability and improved various machine capabilities. The RB-MⅢ series contributes to increased productivity as a 5-face machining center that meets customer demands.

Ball screw core cooling of Y- and Z-axis is now standard and rapid feedrates have been greatly increased by reviewing the drive unit.

The table structure has been strengthened and the bed thickness has been increased. In addition, by reviewing the drive unit and increasing the servo motor size, the table load capacity has been increased by 67% compared to the previous model.

The Y-axis travel is 200 mm longer than the previous model to expand the machining range, while reducing the machine width by approximately 600 mm. One size larger machine can be installed in the same space as a previous model.

5User-friendly operator control panel - Dual display

A sub-display (PC screen) is now included as a standard feature in the regular main display (NC screen) for improved operability as a dual display. The main display shows the machining program, coordinate positions, etc. as before, while the sub-display shows information to support machining, such as machine operation status, condition monitoring and instruction manuals to improve visibility.
