Double column type 5-face machining center with a structure that combines high rigidity and stable precision to support high productivity
The “NeoV-M” series, developed as a high-speed and high-power double-column 5-face milling machine has been renewed as the “NeoV-M II” with improved specifications. The new lineup in this series includes large class models with table widths of 3,500 mm and 4,000 mm to support the machining of large workpieces.
In addition, we have prepared specifications to meet customer needs such as die and mold machining and continuous 5-axis machining. This new model can be used as a one-rank higher machining center, taking advantage of the high rigidity and accuracy stability that are the features of NeoV.

Features
1High-rigidity structure - Double column structure to support powerful cutting
High-rigidity double column structure, including a large cross section square columns, provides strong support for the spindle head. Center-of-gravity driven twin drive is adopted for the Z-axis. Large roller linear guides are mounted on the X, Y and Z-axis for smooth and accurate positioning.
2Increased feedrate & table load capacity
The table structure has been strengthened and the bed thickness has been thicker than the previous model to increase table load capacity while achieving the highest feedrate in each axis in its class.
3Powerful 5-axis head for heavy-duty machining (Continuous 5-axis machining model)
The large torque obtained by passing the motor torque through multistage gears and large diameter gears. The produced large torque enables machining of high-strength materials such as steel without axis clamping mechanism.
4Attachment suitable for high-speed profile milling (Die & mold model)
High-speed extension attachment improves productivity in die finishing operations.
